$1M+ sales: CVent: Website franchising with CVent equated to millions of dollars in estimated ongoing revenue for Evolve, 500+ new clients per month to CVent (the largest National event management software), the exclusive CMS agreement was contracted with Evolve.
Additional contributions: Created the Sales and Marketing strategy and plan, created banking and financial marketing collateral used at trade venues, page ads and sales opportunities. (Both Web and Merchant Processing/Credit Cards) Created the Executive Summary: for financing, partnerships and business legalese. Formalized association relationships: FPA, AAM, CVent.
I left Evolve to establish my own consulting firm.
State Lottery (5 State): I sourced, met with and contracted, sold and project managed the infrastructure and fiber connecting MN, Iowa, North/South Dakota and Wisconsin. This was a multi-million dollar project and meant countless of thousands in ongoing support. Northwest Airlines not withstanding, the Lottery (above) was the largest account brought to McLeod.

Musicland Bid/RFP Win: 1.2 Million dollars. Awarded and deployed between 5/97 and 9/97. I installed a working standard for RFPs (Response for Proposals) to Data Source/Hagen, for government and State opportunities. Maintained 35+ current clients. [Average monthly total sales: $20,000 to $85,000]. After the win, the roll out was supervised and project managed by myself, engineers and project managers from Minneapolis to Chicago to Atlanta.
